Return Policy
1. Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✅ Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
✅ The return must include the original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Sale or clearance items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimsuits) for hygiene reasons
2. Refund Process

3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will replace it at no additional cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take time to process.
